For screening materials for different sizes,vibrating screen is playing its role.In the stone crushing line ,the Raw Materials Max Feed Size: <1000 mm,and the Discharge Size: 0-5mm / 5-20mm /20-40mm(according to the client’s demands) This crushing plant is designed considering the raw materials’real situation and the specific requirement. It’s really suitable for small quarry crushing plant.
The entire plant can be moved from site to site and as there is no foundation of the machinery involved. After operations, the plant can be tugged back into the shed. It is most suitable for people having different sites.
As per the customers’ requirement the plant is fitted with a crusher and Two Granulators. All machines are single toggle models, which grease cooled and fitted with double rows roller bearings. It has fabricated structure with forged steel shaft. The plant has one diesel oil engine as per British standards. The engine along with an alternator has the capacity to drive the crusher, granulators & other accessories of the plant. The plant can also be provided with electric motors alongwith the starter switch and control panel.
